One more round of tests fixes.
Fix Description:

  • Update skipif/xfail pytest marks
  • Unset PYTHONPATH for cli tools in setup_ds tests
  • Change pem files extraction path in SASL regression tests
  • Fix a typo in 'state' tests directory name
