Bug Description:
rpm build fails due to missing libnunc-stans.so:

RPM build errors:
    File not found: /workspace/ds/rpmbuild/BUILDROOT/389-ds-base-1.4.2.2-20191025git44e92dc8b.fc30.x86_64/usr/lib64/dirsrv/libnunc-stans.so.*
make: *** [rpm.mk:115: rpms] Error 1

Fix Description:
Update 389-ds-base.spec file
