Description: Perl scripts will be removed. And we should have
the replacement for syntax-validate.pl. We should add the CLI
option to dsconf schema.
Add validate-syntax task subcommand for 'dsconf schema'.

Otherwise all seems reasonable. But Id' like to see a simple test case that just runs the task.

I don't think you need this boilerplate for debugging anymore because it's setup in topologies?
