Issue Description

Since our lib389 healthcheck is used by other tools (e.g. idm-healthcheck) we should add tests that can be called from that project to ensure the lib389 side of things is working correctly. So we need a "test_lint" function across all checks/classes.

This is not going to work well with externally, especially with idm-healthcheck. As agreed upon with IDM team we can drop this for now. Closing ticket
