Issue Description

Cockpit supports the localization of its interface.

I think we should consider adding it for consistency purposes.

I think we can at least have a translation for the main tabs, subtabs and general things like hostname, etc.
The things like Database Look Though Limit, RUV, etc. are too specific and can be left as it is.
