Issue Description

Unique IDs are needed for a proper import of test cases into test case management system. Some test suites have duplicate test IDs, perhaps a copy-paste error.

Commit a913bea8 fixes this issue

389-ds-base is moving from Pagure to Github. This means that new issues and pull requests
will be accepted only in 389-ds-base's github repository.
