Issue Description

In some tests we use enable_tls() that configures the server to listen on a secure port, but it doesn't take care of labeling ports with ldap_port_t.

Commit f2c63bcd fixes this issue

389-ds-base is moving from Pagure to Github. This means that new issues and pull requests
will be accepted only in 389-ds-base's github repository.
