Description of problem:
Misleading debug-log message found while creating a DS instance with --verbose
option and also in the other commands. (refer the attachment for the list)

389-ds-base-1.4.0.18-2.el8+2083+08c28fa5.x86_64
How reproducible:
Every time
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a DS instance: dscreate -v fromfile inst_create.inf
2. A misleading message can be seen at the very bottom of the logs.
Actual results:
DEBUG: dscreate is brought to you by the letter S and the number 22

While this message is harmless and meant to be fun, it is confusing and it is getting many complaints. The consensus is to remove it from the cli tools...
