Issue Description

Since about 389-ds-base-1.3.4 upstream and Fedora downstream SPEC files have diverged. Since we want Fedora to somewhat reflect upstream development we should make effort to make these two resemble each other as close as possible. Eventually, we might end up being able to use the upstream SPEC file directly in Fedora.
