Issue Description

Some options like port number, secure port number and Directory Manager DN have prefilled examples, but these examples are ignored and I need to overwrite them manually. DM DN usually is not changed at all, so typing it each time is not convenient.

The input field for the suffix is also missing.

It also would be nice to detect if a port or an instance name are already taken once the user inputs them before passing them to the installer.

This should be a RFE to use default value, and do config validation before running dscreate: verify port, instance is unique, etc
