#49608 Add support for memory and thread sanitizers
Closed: wontfix Opened by vashirov.

Issue Description

Both gcc and clang provide memory and thread sanitizers, see
https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/Instrumentation-Options.html
https://clang.llvm.org/docs/MemorySanitizer.html
https://clang.llvm.org/docs/ThreadSanitizer.html

We should be able to use them in addition to address sanitizer.
