Issue Description

When looking at backend monitor stats for userroot:

cn=monitor,cn=userroot,cn=ldbm database,cn=plugins,cn=config
...
normalizeddncachetries: 7936
normalizeddncachehits: 6630
normalizeddncachemisses: 1306
normalizeddncachehitratio: 83
normalizeddncacheevictions: 0
currentnormalizeddncachesize: 204118
maxnormalizeddncachesize: 25165824
normalizeddncachethreadsize: 1048576
normalizeddncachethreadslots: 8192
currentnormalizeddncachecount: 1304

The Normalized DN cache stats are listed, but the cache is global across all backends so they should just be listed under the global ldbm monitor:

cn=monitor,cn=ldbm database,cn=plugins,cn=config

lib389 monitoring code will also need to account for this
