Issue Description

For cases where people need to send us info about DS (389-users etc), we should have a dsctl/dsconf sosreport. This should anonymise and send us data for help to solve cases.

389-ds-base is moving from Pagure to Github. This means that new issues and pull requests
will be accepted only in 389-ds-base's github repository.
