#49456 evaluate acis only once for attributes used multiple times in an or filter.

In an or filter we need to evaluate access to all attributes used in the filter before checking if the filter matches. If there are multiple components with the same attribute but different values, access should be evaluated only once

There is a an initial fix here: https://pagure.io/389-ds-base/issue/49290#comment-447205
but it could be improved to handle more cases
