As of 1.3.7 we ship default sysctl and file descriptor limits for directory server. As a result, there is no longer a need for an admin to intervene and check with dsktune if their system is "configured".
This means we can remove the largely defunct dsktune tool - we don't check solaris patches now, and mosto f our tuning advice hasn't been put into dsktune. C is also not the best language to ship a system checking tool in.
