#49042 Increase default db cachesizes before we swap to autotuning

Before we swap to autotuning, for immediate relief we can improve our default cache sizes. I am proposing:

dbcachesize 10MB -> 32MB
entrycachesize 10MB -> 32MB
dncachesize 10MB -> 16MB

Which is a small change, but it means that a small to medium site / FreeIPA will fit into our caches better.
