Add ldap tree / filter comparison code to lib389 to allow comparison of the contents of two servers / two trees in ldap. This will be useful for detecting replication issues or for test cases. It's also a potential feature for the new admin UI.

Will require some work as it needs two allocated instances of DS at the same time.
