Currently there is aninconsitent behaviour if plugins are called when a tombstone entry is deleted. pre and post op are called be_pre and be_post are not called be_txn are called
If this is not to be changed, then at least it should be easier for a plugin to detect if it is a tombstone by calling:
operation_is_flag_set(op, OP_FLAG_TOMBSTONE_ENTRY))
but OP_FLAG_TOMBSTONE_ENTRY is not defined in slapi-plugin.h
after discussion in devel team, the call mechanism for plugins shouldn't be changed for a special case, but exposing flag and allowing plugins easily to detect is acceptable. changed ticket synopsis accordingly
