Attached is an initial patch for IPA to allows the use of dynamic plugins. However, during the install of IPA (the LDAP update phase where plugins are configured) the DS crashes. Valgrind reports different results with each crash - making it difficult to narrow down the true root cause.

What does "appear" to be happening is that during the IPA install, it incorrectly configures a plugin that causes DS to try and revert to the original plugin entry(which also fails). This appears to corrupt the global plugin list, with a deleted/freed plugin entry, but I have not been able to reproduce the crash outside of the IPA install, so this is just a theory.

I have found that there is a set of race and use after free issues in this system that is very difficult to resolve. There may be a solution in 1.3.7 or later however.
