It's going to be a while before nunc-stans is a separate, standalone project, so in the meantime, we should be able to configure 389 to include and build nunc-stans e.g. change configure.ac to use AC_CONFIG_SUBDIRS([nunc-stans]) and Makefile.am to use SUBDIRS=nunc-stans

nack - I think the better approach is going to be build nunc-stans separately, but install alongside ds e.g. put libnunc-stans.so in /usr/lib[64]/dirsrv with libslapd.so
