There is a configuration parameter to check for modifications of the nsDS5ReplicaBindDNGroup and rebuild the list of binddns. There are two issues with this:
the paramater takes any value, should only accept integers >=-1
the rebuild calls the wrong function, and the rebuilt list is empty, so the correct group dns are only effective after restart

Setting the milestone to the next release.

Note the fix is already provided by Ludwig...
