I cannot open directory server gateway, org chart or directory server express from the local web server after following instruction steps.
This is built on top of centos 6.3.
I am able to access the /usr/bin/389-console, run commands from a prompt, plus I am able to access the 389 administration express page from the web server running on port 9830.
I then ran setup-ds-dsgw. It modified the web page on port 9830, but the added links do not work.

You built it yourself from source?
I am able to access the /usr/bin/389-console, run commands from a prompt, plus I am able to access the 389 administration express page from the web server running on port 9830. I then ran setup-ds-dsgw.
I then ran setup-ds-dsgw.
Were there any errors?
It modified the web page on port 9830, but the added links do not work.
Can you post the URLs of those links? Can you post your access and error log from /var/log/dirsrv/admin-serv?
