Description of problem:
Bind and Resource control attributes are not present in the dse.ldif file after
the upgrade to DS8.2. Attributes which are introduced in the DS 8.2 release
are...
nsslapd-allow-anonymous-access
nsslapd-require-secure-binds
nsslapd-minssf.
How reproducible: Consistently.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install DS8.1 bits.
2. Upgrade them to DS8.2.
3. Check for these attributes in the dse.ldif file.
Actual results: These attributes are not present in the dse.ldif file. Need to
manually add them to make use of these new features.
Expected results: These entries should be added when doing the migration from
older versions.
